  • Completed an End to End journey from Lands End to John O' Groats on bicycle, covering a distance of 971.57 miles in 12 days from the 1st to the 12th September 2009. I managed to raise £372.10 for the Christadelpian Meal-a-Day fund.
  • Visited Dunnet Head, the Most Northerly Point of Mainland Britain, on the 12th September 2009.
  • Visited the oldest post office in the world, in Sanquhar, Scotland on the 7th September 2009.  
  • Ran the 'Fierce! 10' (10 grueling miles of harsh hills, mud pits, horse jumps and water wading!!!) at Moreton Morrell, Warwickshire on 25th July 2009. Finished 56/71 with a time of 1 hour, 31 mins and 18 secs.
  • Ran the Birmingham and Black Country 1/2 Marathon on 4th July 2009. Finished 281/637 with a time of 1 hour, 57 mins and 32 secs.
  • Went to Go Ape, 20th June 2009.
  • Started competing in the Wedgnock Summer Race Series in Warwick on 21st May 2009 and came 81/126 with a time of 52 mins and 40 seconds at the end of Race 1. Race 2 (18th June 2009) came 65/118 with a time of 50 mins and 55 seconds. Race 3 (16th July 2009) came 51/96 with a time of 48 mins and 55 seconds. Completed race series with Race 4 on 18th August 2009 and came 60/103 with a time of 50 mins and 35 seconds.
  • Drove my own team of spirited huskies 250km from northern Norway crossing the Swedish border and into Jukkasjarvi during 18th - 25th April 2009. I managed to raise £128.50 in sponsor monies for the Christadelphian Meal-a-Day fund.
  • Visited the Ice Hotel in Jukkasjarvi, Sweden on 24th April 2009.
  • Slept in a traditional Lavvo and ate reindeer in northern Norway on 18th April 2009.
  • Climbed to the summit of Ayer's rock (Uluru), Northern Territory, Australia on 19th March 2009. Also visited Kata Tjuta (The Olga's) and Kings Canyon during this challenge. 
  • Ate Kangaroo, (Beef), Crocodile and Emu at Ayer's Rock Resort, Australia on 18th March 2009.
  • Climbed to the summit of Sydney Harbour Bridge, Australia on 14th March 2009
  • Saw the Riverdance, at the NIA Academy in Birmingham, on 9th March 2009.
  • Competed in the Clumber Park Sprint Duathlon (Run 5k - Bike 20k - Run 2.5k) in Nottinghamshire on 7th March 2009. I came in 70/134 with a time of 80 mins and 57 seconds (Run 1 26:11, Bike 41:31, Run 2 13:14). I managed to raise £72.50 in sponsor monies for the Christadelphian Meal-a-Day fund.
  • Pulled my own pint of Timothy Taylor's Landlord, at the Lark in Studley on 14th February 2009.
  • Shaved my whole head on 9th February 2009. 
  • Competed in the Wedgnock Winter Mud & Mayhem (3) x-country race in Warwick, on 31st January 2009. I came 77/122, with a time of 65 mins and 37 seconds. I managed to raise £66 in sponsor monies for the Christadelphian Meal-a-Day fund.
  • Competed in the Wheaton Aston Roman 10k road run race in Stafford, on the 27th December 2008. I came 291/387, with a time of 55 mins and 13 seconds. I managed to raise £134.65 in sponsor monies for the Christadelphian Meal-a-Day fund.
  • Competed in the Maid Marion 5k trail run race in Sherwood Pines - Nottingham, on the 19th October 2008. I came 35/88, with a time of 28 mins and 47 seconds. I managed to raise £271.67 in sponsor monies for the Christadelphian Meal-a-Day fund.
  • Climbed to the Moon at (a) Space Centre on 4th September 2008.
  • Visited Warwick Castle many times, a particularly memorable time was on 30th August 2008 where we also saw the World's Largest working Trebuchet in action!
  • Visited the Empire State Building and the Statue of Liberty in New York, America on 24 July 2008. 
  • Climbed Mount Snowdon, Gwynedd (the highest mountain in Wales) on 5th April 2008.
  • Purchased a house in Studley during January 2008 and named it 'Doo Little'.
  • Learnt to play a few guitar songs during 2008 including 'Karma Police', 'The Drugs Don't Work' and 'Turn Into' (visit you-tube).
  • Skinny dipped 10th August 2005.
  • Visited Bryn Cader Faner Stone Circle in Harlech on 10th August 2005.
  • Found a place called 'Ding Dong' in Cornwall on 21st June 2005.
  • Visited the Men-an-Tol Stone Circle in Cornwall on 21st June 2005.
  • Saw and touched real blue ice at the Fox and Franz Josef glaciers in New Zealand on 23 May 2005.
  • Visited Punakaiki Pancake Rocks in New Zealand on 23rd May 2005.
  • Handled a Tuatara at Nga Mann Nature Reserve, New Zealand on 17th May 2005. The tuatara is a reptile endemic to New Zealand which, though it resembles most lizards, is actually part of a distinct lineage, order Sphenodontia. The two species of tuatara are the only surviving members of its order.
  • Saw a Red Panda at Birmingham Nature Museum on 28th April 2005.
  • Saw a Tasmanian Devil in Koonya, Tasmania on 28th January 2005.
  • Held hands with a kangaroo on 23 August 2004.
  • Kissed the Queen on 19th August 2004 (check the photo gallery).
  • Visited Sydney Opera House in Australia on 17th August 2004.
  • Visited Great Barrier Reef in Australia on 10th August 2004.
  • Became a home owner in 2003.
  • First photographed Avebury Stone Circle and Henge in September 2002.
  • Ate Frog in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 3rd May 2002.
  • Visited the Southernmost point of Asia Continent (Sentosa Island, Singapore) on 25th April 2002.
  • Visited Singapore Zoo and saw a Comodo Dragon on 14th April 2002.
  • Visited the World's Largest Covered Bird Park in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 16 March 2002.
  • Visited Petronas (Twin) Towers in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 15th March 2002.
  • Plaited/braided my hair in 2002.
  • Flew a kite (which I believe is the World's Smallest) in 2002.
  • Changed my name by deed poll on 6th December 2001.
  • Got a tattoo in 2000. Oh, the crazy things we sometimes do...
  • Attended Glastonbury Festival 1998.
  • Grew dread locks in 1997.
  • Grew my hair real long in 1996/97.
  • Visited Stone Henge on 8th April 1996.
  • First visited Silbury Hill in Wiltshire on 29th February 1996. Silbury Hill is the largest man made hill in Europe.
  • Visited Uffington White Horse and Pewsey, Alton Barnes, Hackpen, Marlborough and Cherhill White Horses during 1996. Westbury White Horse still requires a visit!
